Craig W. Brewer

CRAIG W. BREWER was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received a Bachelor of Art degree in 1991. While at Rhodes he was a member of the golf team and was invited to participate in the NCAA 1991 Division III Golf Championship as an individual. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1995. upon graduating from law school, he worked for the City of New Orleans to archive and implement a full scale revision of the New Orleans City Charter. In 1996, Mr. Brewer joined Staines & Eppling and became a shareholder

in the firm in January 2003. His practice has focused on admiralty and marine litigation, marine insurance coverage analysis, general casualty litigation, product liability litigation, commercial insurance coverage litigation, and representing employers in proceedings filed under the Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.

In recent years, Mr. Brewer has become heavily involved in construction litigation. Many of the claims he has handled have involved mold damage and remediation. He has recently written an article addressing many issues typically involved in mold claims. Mr. Brewer is married and the father of three daughters.
